Zubereitung

Schritt 01

Fisch vorbereiten: Fischfilets trocken tupfen. In einer kleinen Schüssel Olivenöl, Chili-Pulver, Kreuzkümmel, Paprika-Pulver, Knoblauch-Pulver, Salz, Pfeffer und Limettensaft vermischen. Gewürzmischung gleichmäßig auf den Fischfilets verteilen. 10 Minuten marinieren, während die Salsa vorbereitet wird.

Schritt 02

Mango-Salsa zubereiten: In einer Schüssel Mangowürfel, rote Zwiebel, rote Paprika, Jalapeño (falls verwendet), Koriander und Limettensaft vermischen. Gut verrühren. Mit Salz abschmecken. Zur Seite stellen.

Schritt 03

Fisch grillen: Grill oder Grillpfanne bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze vorheizen. Fischfilets 3-4 Minuten pro Seite grillen, bis das Fleisch undurchsichtig wird und sich leicht mit der Gabel zerteilt. Vom Grill nehmen und 2 Minuten ruhen lassen. Fisch vorsichtig mit einer Gabel in mundgerechte Stücke zerteilen.

Tacos montieren: Salatblätter auf einem Serviertablett auslegen. Gegrillten Fisch gleichmäßig auf den Blättern verteilen. Mit Mango-Salsa und einigen Avocado-Scheiben belegen. Mit Limetten-Spalten servieren.
